Country Manager

ADA is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Country Manager – Egypt to establish, lead, and represent our operations in Egypt. This is a senior leadership role responsible for building and managing the country-level business, driving commercial performance, and ensuring strong alignment between client expectations and operational delivery.

The role serves as the primary representative of the organization in Egypt, engaging with key clients, government authorities, partners, and stakeholders while ensuring sustainable growth and high-quality service delivery.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all commercial and administrative activities for Egypt operations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including VIP and strategic accounts.
  • Drive business development, market expansion, and contract growth aligned with operational capability.
  • Ensure delivery of contractual commitments, SLAs, and service expectations.
  • Identify and develop new commercial opportunities to support business growth.
  • Act as the primary in-country representative with clients, partners, vendors, and government entities.
  • Manage relationships with the Egyptian Civil Aviation Authority (ECAA) and other regulatory bodies.
  • Strengthen ADA’s reputation and market positioning through structured stakeholder engagement.
  • Translate client requirements into operational demand in coordination with HQ and station leadership.
  • Ensure commercial commitments are realistic, feasible, and aligned with operational capacity.
  • Balance profitability, service delivery, and operational constraints in decision-making.
  • Monitor service delivery from a commercial perspective, ensuring alignment with SLAs and contracts.
  • Identify risks to performance and coordinate corrective actions with internal teams.
  • Ensure consistent and professional client communication regarding service delivery.
  • Promote and uphold organizational safety and quality standards across all commercial activities.
  • Act as the country focal point during crises or major operational incidents.
  • Support audits, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.


Ideal candidate will have

  • 10+ years of experience in commercial, leadership, or managerial roles.
  • Background in aviation, logistics, hospitality, or other high-service industries preferred.
  • Strong track record in client relationship management and commercial performance.
  • Experience working with government stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
  • Prior experience in Egypt or the MENA region is highly desirable.
  • Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role managing teams and business outcomes.
  • Proven ability to operate independently in a country-level leadership role.
  • Experience leading cross-functional and multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Strong commercial acumen with focus on revenue, profitability, and cost control.
  • Excellent stakeholder and client relationship management skills (including VIP clients).
