 Facilities Project Supervisor
 
 to lead and oversee all site operations and projects across our residential and commercial properties. This role is perfect for someone who excels at managing teams, coordinating stakeholders, delivering projects on time and within budget, and ensuring the highest quality and safety standards.
 
 
 The Facilities Project Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all site activities, teams,
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 &bull; Plan, execute, and supervise all facilities-related projects and activities across residential complexes, villas, storage, and other assets.
 
 
 &bull; Oversee and coordinate site teams, including cleaners, houseboys, cooks, and gardeners, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and meet quality standards.
 
 
 &bull; Conduct regular inspections, assess risks, and provide practical solutions to operational issues.
 
 
 &bull; Manage service orders and ensure completion in line with ADA standards and internal SOPs.
 
 
 &bull; Investigate and resolve complaints related to facilities operations.
 
 
 &bull; Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, including company policies and legal requirements.
 
 
 &bull; Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and records for all facilities operations.
 
 
 &bull; Communicate and enforce facility maintenance policies and procedures to staff.
 
 
 &bull; Provide timely advice and updates on facilities matters to management.
 
 
 &bull; Perform other tasks as reasonably required to support the department and organization.
 
 
 
 
 
 Experience and Profile Requirements
 
 
 &bull; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering
 
 
 &bull; Minimum 7 years of experience in facilities project management and supervision
 
 
 &bull; Proven experience in managing site teams, budgets, and stakeholders
 
 
 &bull; MEP knowledge and hands-on experience is a plus.
 
 
 &bull; Relevant certifications such as OSHA or other project management (PMP)
