JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Country Manager, you will have a dynamic role overseeing and optimizing our BPO operations while actively engaging in prospecting and collaborating closely with the sales team to identify and secure new business opportunities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy aligned with objectives, vision, and values.
- Prospecting and Business Development: Work closely with the sales team to proactively identify potential new clients and create strategies for market expansion. Participate in sales presentations and contribute to the development of tailored solutions to meet client needs.
- Strategic prospect targeting: target potential prospects through local connections, initiate discussions between Sales team and those prospects. At least 3 closed deals each quarter.
- Manage external environment: heavy involvement in managing all relationships with the Saudi government and all official authorities across all departments in collaboration and full alignment with Governance and HR or any respective internal department.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks that could impact the company.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience as a GM/ country manager in a BPO with a track record of achieving operational excellence and client satisfaction.
- Strong understanding of industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Proficient in project management and resource allocation.
- Strong commitment to maintaining the highest levels of quality and compliance.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Experience in prospecting and collaborating with the sales team to drive business growth is highly needed.
- Has strong local network ties/connections with governmental entities and other corporates in KSA.
