Country Manager - FMCG

Roles & responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic Country Manager to lead our FMCG operations across the GCC. This senior role carries full P&L responsibility and ownership of sales growth, market expansion, distribution strategy, and team leadership. The ideal candidate has deep GCC market knowledge and a proven track record of scaling FMCG brands, driving performance, and delivering sustainable, profitable growth.

  • Lead country operations with full P&L accountability
  • Drive revenue growth across modern trade, general trade, and key accounts
  • Develop and execute market entry and expansion strategies
  • Build and manage distributors and retail partnerships
  • Lead and develop sales, marketing, and operations teams
  • Oversee pricing, trade marketing, promotions, and product launches
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies
  • Report performance and strategic insights to regional management

Desired candidate profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 10–15 years’ experience in FMCG (GCC)
  • Proven experience as Key Account Manager / Head of Sales / Business Head
  • Strong understanding of GCC FMCG markets and trade channels
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and commercial skills
  • English required; Arabic is an advantage
