We are seeking a dynamic Country Manager to lead our FMCG operations across the GCC. This senior role carries full P&L responsibility and ownership of sales growth, market expansion, distribution strategy, and team leadership. The ideal candidate has deep GCC market knowledge and a proven track record of scaling FMCG brands, driving performance, and delivering sustainable, profitable growth.
- Lead country operations with full P&L accountability
- Drive revenue growth across modern trade, general trade, and key accounts
- Develop and execute market entry and expansion strategies
- Build and manage distributors and retail partnerships
- Lead and develop sales, marketing, and operations teams
- Oversee pricing, trade marketing, promotions, and product launches
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies
- Report performance and strategic insights to regional management
Desired candidate profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (MBA preferred)
- 10–15 years’ experience in FMCG (GCC)
- Proven experience as Key Account Manager / Head of Sales / Business Head
- Strong understanding of GCC FMCG markets and trade channels
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and commercial skills
- English required; Arabic is an advantage
