Incumbent will be responsible for devising & implementing the country-brand strategy in existing/new markets

Incumbent will be the Key FPR for all the marketing led activities for identified brands in Malaysia, Singapore.

Incumbent will be the Key FPR for managing the distribution alliances between Marico and respective country partners.

Drive Excellence in Trade marketing, S&D, Category Initiatives & Sales Commercial, and sales forecasting

Responsible for meeting budgeted business-wise top line performance

Responsible for execution of new launches

Responsible for Brand building & Activation of identified brands for Malaysia, Singapore

Develop & Execute Marketing programs through liasoning with agencies and cross functional teams

Coordination with internal / external stakeholders for clearances (Design agency / legal / R&D / CQA)

Benchmark competition pricing / branding and maintain repository of all data

Lead, engage and motivate a highly diverse international team of Marico and partner members

Responsible for settlement of distributor/trade/customer claims within specified timeframes

Responsible for all company related communication to associates in Malaysia, Singapore
Qualification & Experience required
-
PGDM from reputed B school with 3-5 years of experience.

Prior experience across both Sales, ideally with an experience of handling Modern Trade.

Experience in managing P&L in an international context will be an advantage.
