Job Purpose:
The Country Manager – Oman is responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy in alignment with the company’s overall business objectives. The role involves overseeing all sales activities across both private and institutional channels within Oman, driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team. The position also includes managing local distribution partners and key accounts while ensuring operational excellence and compliance with internal and external standards.
Key Responsibilities
:Strategic Planning & Executio

nDevelop and implement country-specific sales business plans that align with the overall regional strategy and corporate objectives

.Lead market analysis and strategic planning activities, including supply-demand trends, competitor insights, and consumer behaviour in coordination with the Territory Manager
.Sales Operation

sManage daily operations of the sales department to ensure high performance and adherence to processes and procedures

.Set and monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the team and ensure targets are met or exceeded

.Coordinate key account management activities, including relationship development and strategic account planning
.Budgeting & Reportin

gPrepare annual sales budgets and manage spending in line with budgetary allocations

.Track sales performance and provide regular sales reports, including product performance and market share analysis, to the Director – GCC Region
