B.Sc with Chemistry / B.Tech / B.E.

Experience

Minimum 10 years of experience in TIC industry(Testing.inspection and Certification)

Ensure safe working practices across country

- Customer meetings for business development (independent + with Country Supervisor)

- Retain old customers through strong relationship management

- Responsible for achieving Topline & Bottom-line including dues realization

- Ensure 100% service level with effective strategies to overcome bottlenecks

- Oversee lab functioning, SOP adherence, and maintain accuracy & TAT

- Develop cost-effective strategies for value-added services

- Ensure compliance with certifications, audits, and statutory requirements

- Team building and smooth policy implementation
