Country Manager Turkey

The Country Manager, Reporting directly to the CEO, will lead and oversee all business operations in Turkey, ensuring sustainable growth, profitability, and compliance with corporate standards. This strategic leadership role combines commercial acumen, operational excellence, and strong people management skills to position the company as a key player in the local market

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the country’s business strategy in line with global and regional objectives.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the local management team to achieve financial, operational, and strategic goals.
• Oversee P&L responsibility for the Turkish entity, ensuring profitability and cost efficiency.
• Identify and drive new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to expand market share.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, health & safety standards, and local regulations.
• Represent the company to key stakeholders, including customers, government bodies, and industry associations.
• Collaborate closely with regional and global leadership teams to align strategies and share best practices.
• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Mandatory experience in chemical sector, in a senior leadership role.
• Proven experience in managing P&L and driving business growth.
• Strong understanding of the Turkish market and regulatory environment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English

Salary package: 130k Euro + bonus
