Country Operations Manager-Female

The role is accountable for the overall operational leadership, performance, and expansion execution of Omorfia Group’s multi-brand portfolio across Saudi Arabia.

This role holds full country-level responsibility for business delivery, operational excellence, people leadership, and administrative governance, while ensuring that brand-specific standards, service SOPs, and identity-led practices remain owned and governed by the respective Brand Heads.

The role serves as the primary operational integrator between Group Leadership, Brand Leadership, and KSA execution teams.


Experience Required & Competencies

  • 5–7+ years in multi-site operations leadership, ideally across retail, hospitality, beauty, wellness, or service-intensive industries.
  • Proven track record managing multi-brand or multi-concept portfolios.
  • Experience in Saudi market operations and regulatory landscape is a must.
  • Strong commercial and operational acumen.
  • Proven ownership of P&L and commercial performance delivery.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall operational performance of Omorfia Group’s multi-brand portfolio across KSA.
  • Own country-level P&L delivery, revenue growth, and profitability targets.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations across all locations, ensuring service excellence and operational consistency.
  • Lead expansion readiness, including pre-opening staff training coordination, and operational setup, and ensure smooth launch and stabilization of new locations.
  • Drive workforce productivity, scheduling efficiency, and staff cost optimisation.
  • Oversee administrative governance, facility standards, and compliance with labour and municipality regulations.
  • Monitor and control operational costs, including payroll, consumables, and procurement.
  • Act as the operational integrator between Group Leadership, Brand Heads, and KSA execution teams.
  • Ensure brand standards, SOPs, and service protocols are executed in line with Brand governance frameworks.
