Today, the company serves through 21 offices on 4 continents and continues to grow each year. Its Turkey operation holds strategic importance due to the rapidly expanding market potential. In this context, we are seeking to strengthen the sales team with the addition of a “Country Sales Manager.”

Qualifications

  • University graduate (Materials, Metallurgy, Mechanical, or Welding Engineering),
  • Excellent command of English (both written and spoken),
  • Minimum 10 years of field experience in the welding industry,
  • Proven achievements in sales, dealer management, and business development,
  • A proactive, results-oriented professional with strong communication skills,
  • Possesses a valid driver’s license and is an active driver,
  • Completed military service (for male candidates),
  • Residing in Istanbul or willing to relocate.

Preferred Competencies
  • Experience in expanding sales volume and developing new markets,
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and leadership skills,
  • Experience in team management and dealer development,
  • Good understanding of exchange rate fluctuations and import-related processes in the industry.

Job Description


The Country Sales Manager, who will be responsible for sales activities in Turkey,:

  • Creating new sales opportunities and building relationships with potential customers,
  • Researching and identifying new business areas and developing sales strategies,
  • Managing, supporting, and developing existing distributors,
  • Strengthening the dealer and customer network, providing training, and tracking performance,
  • Implementing a “direct-to-key-end-user” strategy to ensure the company’s products are preferred by industry leaders.


The main objective of this position is to increase brand awareness, expand sales volume, and build a sustainable dealer network in the Turkish market.
