Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Country Service Manager to lead nationwide service operations for ATMs, Cash Deposit Machines (CDMs), and Banknote Sorting/Fitness Machines. The role ensures service excellence, SLA compliance, regulatory adherence, and high customer satisfaction across banking clients.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Lead end-to-end service operations for ATM, CDM & sorting machines
✔ Ensure high uptime, SLA achievement, and low MTTR
✔ Manage preventive & corrective maintenance programs
✔ Ensure compliance with SBP banknote sorting & fitness standards
✔ Lead, train, and manage nationwide service teams
✔ Act as escalation point for key banking customers
✔ Oversee installation, calibration, software upgrades & audits
✔ Manage spare parts, inventory & OEM coordination
✔ Drive continuous improvement and service reporting

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Computer Science
10+ years experience in ATM, CDM, or banknote sorting machine services
Proven leadership in nationwide service operations
Strong knowledge of SLAs, KPIs, and regulatory compliance
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
