EXAMPLE OF DUTIES

This job centers on assessing requests and referrals for child welfare services and developing service recommendations through regular contact with families and community partners. As a County Caseworker 2, you will perform the following duties:

• Safety Assurance: Assess safety needs during initial contacts with families
• Intake Review: Gather information from referrals and general service requests
• Case Management: Coordinate service options based on identified family needs
• Community Contact: Engage with providers and families to support service planning
• Service Recommendations: Develop recommendations for Joinder or community resources

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

• Full-time employment.
• Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
• Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.
