As a Courier, you will be the vital link between our company and our valued customers, ensuring timely, safe, and professional pickup of specimens. Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company vehicle to pick up and deliver specimens across designated routes.
• Load and unload while ensuring secure handling of specimens.
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections before and after routes to guarantee safety and compliance with transportation regulations.
• Navigate efficiently through assigned routes, adhering to schedules and traffic laws while providing excellent customer service.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, logs, and documentation for all route stops processed during each shift.
• Communicate professionally with customers, dispatchers, and team members to coordinate and resolve issues promptly.

Experience

• Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier, preferably with route driving responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and courteously.
• Ability to perform manual tasks requiring physical strength and endurance over short periods.
• Knowledge of traffic laws, safety procedures, and best practices for driving heavy vehicles with manual transmissions.
