- Assign deliveries to couriers based on schedules and route plans, ensuring efficient and timely service.
- Monitor and track delivery status, proactively addressing any issues or delays that may arise.
- Supervise riders/drivers to ensure adherence to safety best practices during the handling and transportation of shipments.
- Receive and respond to emergency and non-emergency calls, assessing situations, prioritizing calls, and providing appropriate instructions or assistance.
- Coordinate schedules and routes in the most effective manner, optimizing efficiency and minimizing delays.
- Inform field units about new orders, changes, or any relevant information, including traffic updates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date call logs and data using the portal or relevant tracking systems.
- Provide reports and updates to upper management on performance, operational metrics, and any notable incidents.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as customer service and logistics, to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
