Logistic Coordinator

Job requirements:

Monthly Dispatch Planning:

Initiate monthly dispatch plan according to monthly sales plan at beginning of current each month

Modify and adjust monthly dispatch plan with the sales plan change during the month

Review weekly shipping and feedback to sales team on weekly basis

Share weekly / monthly updated dispatch plan to concern sales team as required

Monthly Freight Quotations Management:

Arrange quotations from agents on monthly basis

Compare the freight rate and select the best agent with rate and service

Negotiate Freight quotations where ever required.

Proper the quotations comparisons for internal approval

Weekly Dispatch and Production Meetings

Weekly dispatch and production meeting with CS, QC, Sales and Production team to update the current month order Status

Report the issues and result during the previous week dispatch

Confirm the following week product ready date

Daily Dispatch Plan and Follow-Up

Arrange Daily / Weekly dispatch plan

Based on material readiness date / Customer required ETA’s and vessel schedules, daily booking request and booking confirmation.

Daily stock check, plan dispatch, implantation and follow-up

Mandatory requirements:

Should be able to use MS Excel on advance level

Should have good knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP

Should have good spoken and written English Language skills

Must have experience of working in Manufacturing Company

Sound knowledge and experience in following areas:

Production Processes

Product coding structure and understanding

IT Specialized courses and Skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: BD250.000 - BD300.000 per month
