Project coordinator- Joinery

:

The Project Coordinator will support the planning, execution, and monitoring of joinery production activities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per approved drawings and specifications. The role acts as a bridge between design, production, procurement, and site teams.

  • Coordinate between design, production, procurement, and site teams for smooth workflow.
  • Review shop drawings and production schedules before release to workshop.
  • Prepare and monitor production plans in line with project timelines.
  • Track material requirements and coordinate with procurement for timely availability.
  • Monitor daily workshop progress and update project status reports.
  • Ensure compliance with approved drawings, BOQ, and client specifications.
  • Coordinate inspections, mock-ups, and approvals.
  • Assist in resolving technical and production-related issues.
  • Maintain proper documentation (drawings, revisions, material approvals, etc.).
  • Ensure quality of the products before dispatch from factory.
  • Diploma / bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in joinery / fit-out industry.
  • Strong knowledge of joinery production processes and materials.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and shop drawings.
  • Good coordination and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: BD520.000 per month
