About the Role

We are seeking a responsible and experienced Driver to join our team. The candidate will need to have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and a strong commitment to safety. The Driver will be responsible for transporting employees, goods, and materials in a safe and timely manner.

Responsibilities
  • Operate company vehicles in a safe and responsible manner
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
  • Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle
  • Perform pre- and post-trip inspectionsLoad and unload goods and materials
  • Follow company policies and procedures
  • Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Admin Duties:
  • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the program activities.
  • Carries out administrative duties for the program including but not limited to typing, copying, binding, scanning as required by the program teams
  • Supports program personnel (Expats and in-country) by hosting and escorting their visitors and arranging meetings , booking rooms and providing admin support.
  • Supports program events by hosting and escorting USG, KSA Gov and Industry partners and arranging gate passes, booking rooms and coordinating IT support with LMSA team .
  • Filing , archiving and taking responsibility of handling , KSA government confidential correspondence and documents
  • Supports transportation scheduling /arrangements for the program Expat staff
  • Picking-up/delivering documents, letters and packages to/from LMSA and other KSA Gov and industry stakeholders
  • Assists with Localization shipments paperwork preparation and delivering to the shipping agency, customs , and other KSA stakeholders

Required skills, qualifications and experience

Driving Duties:
  • Transporting program in-country and visiting employees to meetings and other events within KSA
  • Transporting program documents and materials to / from Jeddah office.
  • Assisting with the loading and offloading of program shipments, products, and materials sent to or from LMSA office
