Courier Rider - FSD

Job Purpose:

The Rider is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of parcels, packages, and documents to customers while maintaining a high level of professionalism, customer satisfaction, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver orders/parcels to customers as per the assigned schedule.
• Ensure safe handling and accurate delivery of all items.
• Collect proof of delivery (POD) and payments (if applicable) and submit to the concerned department.
• Follow the company’s delivery routes and time schedules.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and supervisors regarding delays, issues, or route changes.
• Maintain the assigned vehicle/bike in good condition and ensure all documentation (license, registration, insurance) is up to date.
• Adhere to all traffic rules, company policies, and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent Do Deliver in a professional manner.
• Report any incidents, accidents, or maintenance requirements immediately to the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Requirements:
• Minimum qualification: Matric / Intermediate.
• Valid motorcycle driving license.
• Own motorcycle.
• Prior experience in delivery/logistics preferred but not mandatory.
• Good communication and time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of local routes and areas.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs20,000.00 per month
