Courier | Supply Chain | Full-time | Days

Overview:

Picks up and delivers various items at various locations on a routine basis. Items consisting of, but not limited to: Bank Deposits, Bank Bags Containing Undisclosed Volumes of Money, Mail (Postal and Interdepartmental), Packages Files &Paperwork, Paychecks & Statements, Dietary Supplies, Hospital Assets & Equipment. Locations consisting of, but not limited to: Banks, Clinics, Government Offices And Buildings, Other Hospitals, Miscellaneous Locations.

Responsibilities:

• Logs daily activities, mileage, and vehicle condition and submits to management in a timely manner.
• Communicates with various customers and co-workers via phone and email.
• Facilitates purchases at various retail locations at the request of management.
• Pick supplies in the General Stores Warehouse for various offsite locations.
• Inventories supply areas in various offsite locations on a scheduled basis.
• Perform regular warehouse maintenance in assigned areas of the General Stores Warehouse.
• Keeps the interior of the hospital supplied vehicle clean and reports any defects to management.
• All other duties as assigned by department.

Qualifications:

Education / Training

• High School Diploma/Equivalent

Experience Requirements

• 0 - 1 year Logistics, Shipping/Receiving

Preferences:
Hospital or warehousing experience preferred.

Certificates/Licenses/Registration

• Valid Driver's License
• Auto Insurance (Proof)
