Course Sales Executive (Commission Based)

Role Overview:

As a Course Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving enrollments by promoting our courses, building strong relationships with prospects, and closing sales. This is a commission-based role, offering generous incentives for every successful enrollment and this is great opportunity for women who are looking for freelancing

Pay:

10 - 15% on each sales

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through outreach (cold calls, email, social media, referrals)
  • Qualify potential students / clients and understand their needs
  • Present course offerings in a compelling way — conduct demos or consultations
  • Negotiate terms (if applicable) and close enrollments
  • Achieve or exceed monthly / quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain and update your sales pipeline using CRM (or other tools)
  • Follow up with prospects and nurture them to conversion
  • Work closely with the marketing / product / operations teams to align on promotions and messaging
  • Provide feedback from prospects about course content, pricing, or other objections

Who Should Apply: (Qualifications)

  • Proven experience in sales or strong aptitude for consultative selling
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Comfortable working on commission-based pay structure

Job Type: Freelance

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
