RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet members, guests, and visitors warmly, reflecting company's welcoming culture
  • Handle all walk-in and phone inquiries about memberships, meeting rooms, or facilities
  • Guide new visitors and clients regarding seating, protocols, and available services
  • Manage day pass check-ins and workspace reservations via internal tools
  • Maintain visitor logs and inform relevant members when their guests arrive
  • Assist with internal coordination for parcel handling, mail distribution, and courier dispatch
  • Support members with basic queries related to internet access, printing, and common areas
  • Log maintenance or operational complaints and follow up with the relevant teams
  • Communicate official policies clearly and help uphold community etiquette
  • Maintain discretion and professionalism while handling member information
  • Act as the face of the company, delivering excellent first impressions every day
  • You must be comfortable with 9-10 hours of work shift (preferably 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
