RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet members, guests, and visitors warmly, reflecting company's welcoming culture
- Handle all walk-in and phone inquiries about memberships, meeting rooms, or facilities
- Guide new visitors and clients regarding seating, protocols, and available services
- Manage day pass check-ins and workspace reservations via internal tools
- Maintain visitor logs and inform relevant members when their guests arrive
- Assist with internal coordination for parcel handling, mail distribution, and courier dispatch
- Support members with basic queries related to internet access, printing, and common areas
- Log maintenance or operational complaints and follow up with the relevant teams
- Communicate official policies clearly and help uphold community etiquette
- Maintain discretion and professionalism while handling member information
- Act as the face of the company, delivering excellent first impressions every day
- You must be comfortable with 9-10 hours of work shift (preferably 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
