Job Summary: A reputable law firm based in G-11 Markaz, Islamabad is seeking a dedicated and responsible "Court Clerk cum Office Assistant" to support its legal and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in court procedures, documentation, and office management, and capable of handling confidential legal matters with professionalism and efficiency. Key Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Filing of cases, petitions, applications, appeals, and documents in District Courts, High Court, Family Courts, and other tribunals 2. Managing court diaries, cause lists, hearing dates, and timely follow-ups 3. Basic Drafting, typing, formatting, and printing legal documents and correspondence 4. Liaising with court staff, registry offices, and government departments. 5. Maintaining organized physical and digital case files and records. 6. Assisting advocates during court proceedings and ensuring timely availability of case files 7. Handling office administration including client coordination, phone calls, appointments, and record keeping 8. Receiving, dispatching, and tracking official legal correspondence 9. Managing court fee stamps, stationery, and general office supplies 10. Ensuring compliance with procedural deadlines and internal office policies Required Qualifications & Skills: Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree (preferred) 1–3 years of relevant experience in a law firm or legal office (preferred) Strong knowledge of court procedures and filing systems in Pakistan Good command of Urdu (reading, writing, and communication) and basic English is required.
