Our Court Data Entry Operators use our Jail Management System and court Management System to enter data and update information from court-related (legal) documents. They pull electronic records/reports and communicate with law enforcement, Social Security Admin, and other court-related agencies to clarify or confirm data. They verify that inmate/arrestee intake, identification, and classification has been completed and entered correctly. Proofreading technical legal material and occasionally making corrections is also a part of the job.
Court Data Entry Operators answer phone calls from the public, attorneys, courtrooms, and judges. They perform various other clerical duties, such as sorting and distributing court-related documents, mailings, and logging information.
