We are hiring two Courthouse Document Support Specialists to join our U.S.-facing legal operations team. In this role, you’ll monitor U.S. state and county court filings, identify key civil complaints, and support our real-time legal document pipeline.
You’ll be the bridge between on-site courthouse agents and our project managers, ensuring timely scanning, tagging, and uploading of important documents. This is high-impact, detail-oriented work with strong career growth potential in the legal tech and content domain.

Education:
Bachelors Degree preferred but not mandatory; Law graduates or current law students (1st or 2nd year) strongly preferred

? Experience:

? Prior internship or work experience in law, legal research, court reporting, or legal publishing is ideal

? Experience with documentation workflows, remote operations, or media/legal content a plus

Position 1: Morning Shift
? Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday Hours: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM IST

Position 2: Overnight Shift
? Schedule: Monday – Friday Hours: 2:00 AM – 11:00 AM IST

Job Description
Operations

? Monitor assigned court dockets for new filings and identify high-value civil complaints
? Review, tag, and upload scanned court documents using internal tools
? Track and log electronic submissions daily; ensure zero backlog
? Coordinate with U.S.-based project managers and supervisors in real-time
? Maintain filing logs and accurate internal documentation
? Build and maintain good working relationships with teammates contacts (virtually via U.S. agents)

  • Excellent English (spoken and written)
  • Meticulous attention to detail — must spot errors and inconsistencies quickly
  • High comfort with repetitive tasks that require focus and speed
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote team
  • Familiar with tools like Google Sheets, Docs, Excel, PDFs, and cloud drives
