We're hiring a Customer Care Executive for a Luxury Boutique Resort in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.

Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries via phone, email, and chat

- Provide accurate information about residential properties, land, and plots

- Assist sales teams with pre-sales support and deal closure in real estate

- Collaborate with departments like marketing for lead generation

- Maintain high professionalism with clients and colleagues

Requirements:

- 1-6 years of experience in customer care or sales

- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi

- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
