Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise classes in absence of regular teachers effectively.
• Deliver lessons as per existing lesson plans.
• Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment.
• Support students academically and aid classwork completion.
• Report on student progress to school administration.
• Follow school policies, procedures, and safeguarding guidelines.
• Adapt teaching to different subjects and age groups.
• Assist with record-keeping, attendance, and administrative duties.

Skill & Experience

• Strong classroom management and behaviour control skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with students.
• Ability to follow and implement predefined lesson plans.
• Flexibility to teach different subjects and age levels.
• Organisation and punctuality in lesson and record management.
• Patience, adaptability, and cultural sensitivity.
