Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop individualized education plans tailored to student needs.
• Adapt lessons to accommodate diverse learning abilities.
• Collaborate with regular teachers to ensure inclusive classrooms.
• Communicate progress and concerns with parents regularly.
• Monitor academic and social growth of special-needs students.
• Provide one-on-one support when required for learners.
• Maintain records of student performance and progress.
• Participate in meetings with therapists and school staff.

Skill & Experience

• Strong communication skills with students, parents, staff.
• Patience and empathy for students with special needs.
• Ability to design adaptive lesson plans effectively.
• Knowledge of special education methods and strategies.
• Collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary teams.
• Observation and assessment skills to track student progress.
