CPA or Financial Analyst

Job Summary
Property Management Company accepting resumes of a detail-oriented and experienced Financial Analyst or Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

The position is full-time with benefits (see below). Qualified candidate should have at least 3 or more years of accounting experience. Having experience/knowledge of Section 42 (tax) and HUD audits is a plus!

Looking for someone career minded for a company that cares about its team members. Candidates will have a strong background in accounting principles, financial management, and regulatory compliance and be attentive and open to learning the industry of property management.

Tasks include but not limited to, reconciling financial statements, annual budget preparation, analyze actual expenses and budgets and prepare company files for year end audits and tax returns.

Qualifications

• As a CPA - Certified Public Accountant (CPA) must have their degree and CPA license
• Strong knowledge of GAAP principles and financial statement preparation.
• Familiarity with estate law and/or affordable housing regulations is a plus.
• Proven experience in corporate accounting or as an accounting clerk is advantageous.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for effective client interaction and teamwork.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
