The CRA and Fair Lending Analyst serves as a resource to ensure the bank remains compliant with applicable Community Reinvestment Act and fair lending laws and regulations. The Analyst will serve as a fair lending subject matter expert and statistical analyst. Independent analyses will be performed to assess fair lending risk and evaluate the Bank’s lending performance throughout its assessment areas. Results of analyses will be documented and provided to the Bank’s CRA Committee as well as other management and Board committees as appropriate.
Analyze data to identify fair lending and CRA risks. This will be accomplished, at least in part, by mapping analyses, lending distribution monitoring, and CRA self-assessment. Utilize available compliance websites, tools, and regulatory guidance to determine best practice. Represent the Bank to both internal and external customers in a courteous, professional manner in face-to-face, written and telephone communications. Accountable for adherence to all applicable regulations, including Bank Secrecy Act (BSA). Actively protect confidentiality of customer and account information.
