Manna is an independently owned, European-focused restaurant in Uptown Centerville, created by Chef Margot Blondet as a more intimate extension of her culinary vision. Rooted in classic French technique with a thoughtful touch of Latin American influence, Manna is designed to feel like an escape — layered, textured, and intentional in every detail.
Led by our Bar Manager, Jackson Wolph, the bar at Manna is not simply a service station — it is a focal point of the room. Composed, precise, and quietly confident. We build long-standing favorites our guests return for, while refining seasonal offerings that reflect balance, restraint, and depth. Every cocktail is crafted with the same care and standard as the food coming from the kitchen.
We’re looking for an experienced, hospitality-obsessed Bartender with a strong personality and a desire to be creative.
