Craftsman civil

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out civil works such as concreting, masonry, shuttering, plastering, and finishing.
• Assist in the fabrication, installation, and repair of civil/structural works at project sites.
• Read and follow basic engineering drawings, site instructions, and layouts.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in good working condition.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, site safety rules, and company policies.
• Support engineers and supervisors in day-to-day site execution.
• Perform measurement, cutting, mixing, and leveling tasks as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

• ITI / Diploma / Trade certificate in Civil or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Civil Craftsman or site technician.
• Hands-on skills in masonry, concreting, shuttering, plastering, and related works.
• Basic knowledge of construction drawings and measurement.
• Physically fit, safety-conscious, and team-oriented.
• Willingness to work at project sites.
