CAE Analyst – Crash Simulation (ANSA - LS-DYNA / PAM-CRASH / LS-Prepost / Meta Post )
Responsibilities:
Job Summary:
We are seeking a CAE Analyst with strong hands-on experience in crash simulations using LS-DYNA or PAM-CRASH. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of various vehicle crash test scenarios including regulatory, NCAP, and OEM-specific load cases. The analyst will be responsible for model setup, execution, result analysis, and reporting for frontal, side, rear, pedestrian, and seat integrity crash tests.
Key Responsibilities:

Set up, run, and validate crash simulations using LS-DYNA or PAM-CRASH.

Apply appropriate material models, contacts, boundary conditions, and loadings for each crash event.

Interpret and analyze crash test results (intrusion, acceleration, deformation, injury criteria, etc.).

Deliver technical insights and recommendations to design and safety teams.

Ensure model compliance with OEM guidelines, NCAP protocols, and global crash regulations.

Participate in debugging, result correlation, and model improvement activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree in Engineering in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering.
