CRC-Convenience Retail Coach

One of our multinational clients is looking for energetic, self-motivation, and initiative CRC-Convenience Retail Coach to join the team. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

Qualifications:

• Previous experience preferred in an FMCG distribution and/ or retail environment.
• Experience with retail management systems and inventory control software.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of energy, self-motivation, and initiative.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to inform decision-making.
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and leadership skills.

Skills Required:

• Ensure store operations meet brand standards through regular assessments and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Provide hands-on coaching and mentoring to store managers and teams on customer service and inventory management.
• Deliver training programs on new processes and operational updates to enhance team performance.
• Focus on creating an exceptional customer experience and implement strategies to improve the customer journey.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and support promotional campaigns for business growth.
• Assist in resolving operational challenges and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
