The Role: More Than Just a Designer
We are seeking a highly creative and technically skilled 3D Creative Designer to join our dynamic team. You will be the architect of stunning visual worlds, responsible for creating high-quality 3D models, animations, and renders that align with our brand identity and project goals. From concept to final output, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual narrative for our marketing campaigns, product visualizations, and immersive experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Design & Conceptualization (70%)
- Develop compelling and original creative concepts, themes, and visual identities for a diverse portfolio of events.
- Design a wide range of print and digital assets, including: event branding suites (logos, style guides), marketing collateral (brochures, social media graphics), environmental graphics (large-scale backdrops, signage, wayfinding), and presentation decks.
- Create stunning mock-ups and visualizations to present ideas to clients and internal teams.
- Ensure all designs are on-brand, on-brief, and of the highest quality, reflecting the brand's premium standard.
Project Management (30%)
- 3D Asset Creation: Model, texture, light, and render high-quality and optimized 3D assets for a variety of projects, including product visualizations, marketing materials, animations, and AR/VR applications.
- Visual Development: Work from concept art, sketches, or briefs to develop and iterate on 3D designs that meet creative and technical requirements.
- Animation & Motion Graphics: Create compelling 3D animations, motion graphics, and dynamic visual effects to tell engaging stories.
- Collaboration: Work closely with art directors, marketing managers, product designers, and other stakeholders to understand project needs and ensure visual consistency across all platforms.
- Technical Execution: Manage the full 3D pipeline, including modeling, UV unwrapping, texturing, rigging, animation, lighting, and rendering.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all 3D outputs are of the highest visual standard and are delivered on time and within technical specifications.
- Stay Current: Continuously research and implement the latest 3D design trends, tools, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Own the design timeline: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from brief to delivery, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Client & Team Liaison: Act as the main design point of contact for clients, account managers, and production teams. Clearly present concepts and incorporate feedback.
- Vendor Management: Source, brief, and manage external vendors such as printers, fabricators, and illustrators, ensuring quality control and timely execution.
- Budget Oversight: Work with the Head of Sales & Production to manage the design budget for each project, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
