Creative Ads Designer (Mortgage / Real Estate Funding)

We’re looking for a visually creative ads expert who can bring our brand and message to life through high-performing ad creatives across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.

Your Role

You’ll be the creative mind behind the visuals that attract, educate, and convert real-estate investors.Your designs will turn case studies, loan success stories, and financing offers into powerful ads that stop the scroll and drive applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design static, carousel, and short-form video ads for paid campaigns.
• Repurpose testimonials, funded-deal breakdowns, and educational snippets into eye-catching creatives.
• Write ad copy and creatives
• Collaborate with the media-buying team to test new hooks and offers.
• Track and analyze creative performance — iterate fast.
• Maintain our “Wall Street meets Main Street” aesthetic across all campaigns.

Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience designing ads for mortgage, finance, or real-estate brands.
• Understands direct-response and conversion-driven creative design.
• Strong skills in Canva, Photoshop, After Effects, or Premiere Pro.
• Fast-moving, creative, and obsessed with results.
• Bonus: Familiar with Alex Hormozi-style creative frameworks or UGC ad production.
