Position Overview
We are looking for a Creative Art Director with excellent English communication skills and strong hands-on expertise in Graphic Designing, Photography, Social Media, and Influencer Marketing. The candidate will be responsible for leading the creative direction of the brand across all visual and digital platforms while ensuring consistency, innovation, and high-quality output.
Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Direction & Brand Identity
- Define and maintain the overall creative vision and brand aesthetics
- Ensure consistency across all creative outputs (digital, print, social media)
- Guide designers, photographers, and content creators
Graphic Designing
- Oversee and review designs for social media, ads, website, catalogues, banners, and branding materials
- Hands-on capability in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or equivalent tools
- Ensure design quality, creativity, and brand alignment
Photography & Visual Content
- Plan and direct product, lifestyle, and campaign photoshoots
- Coordinate with photographers and editors
- Ensure visual storytelling aligns with brand positioning
Social Media & Digital Presence
- Plan and execute social media visual strategies
- Coordinate with social media managers for creatives, campaigns, and calendars
- Monitor trends and introduce innovative content ideas
Influencer Marketing
- Identify and collaborate with social media influencers
- Plan influencer campaigns aligned with brand objectives
- Review content created by influencers for brand consistency
Content & Communication
- Work closely with content writers to ensure strong visual + copy alignment
- Use excellent English skills to review captions, campaign lines, and brand messaging
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar creative leadership role
- Proven portfolio in graphic design, photography direction, and social media creatives
Key Skills & Competencies
- Very good spoken and written English
- Strong creative vision and leadership ability
- Expertise in Graphic Designing & Visual Branding
- Knowledge of Photography & Art Direction
- Understanding of Social Media platforms & trends
- Experience in Influencer marketing coordination
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
