We’re looking for a creative, adaptable, and enthusiastic Creative Associate to join our growing Marketing team. This role is built for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys wearing many hats, and takes pride in producing great work across a wide range of creative disciplines.

In this role, you’ll work hands-on in an active studio environment — propping and lighting shoots, filming, editing, designing, and bringing creative assets to life using Adobe Creative Suite. No two days will look exactly the same, and that’s exactly the point. Every task you take on, large or small, will be in service of a single goal: elevating the premium aesthetic of UPLIFT Desk. What You'll Bring

  • A portfolio demonstrating creative work across multiple formats (photo, video, design, or similar) — required for consideration

  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro

  • A genuine passion for visual storytelling and a strong eye for premium aesthetics

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously

  • Comfort working in an active studio environment — including regularly lifting, moving, and assembling furniture and production equipment during shoot preparation

Bonus Points For

  • Experience with photo editing, retouching, and color correction

  • Hands-on experience with lighting, filming, and video editing in a studio or on-location setting

  • Experience assisting on photo or video shoots, including propping and set styling

  • Exposure to 3D rendering or visualization tools is a plus

  • Experience with asset organization, file management, or digital asset libraries

What You’ll Do

  • Support photo editing efforts to the highest visual standard, ensuring imagery reflects the premium quality of UPLIFT Desk

  • Assist in graphic design of digital ads, promotional materials, email campaigns, and branded content

  • Assist with video production efforts, including pre- and post-production work for both in-studio and on-location shoots

  • Support photo and video shoots by sourcing and maintaining props, staging scenes, and adjusting lighting to achieve the creative vision.

  • Work hands-on in an active studio environment, including regularly moving, lifting, and assembling heavy furniture and equipment in preparation for shoots

  • Lay out and organize photos and creative assets for use across marketing campaigns, product pages, and other channels

  • Collaborate closely with team leads to execute creative briefs, meet deadlines, and maintain quality across all deliverables

  • Help maintain an organized media library and ensure assets are properly named, stored, and accessible to the broader team

  • Contribute to a wide variety of creative tasks as assigned, always with an eye toward elevating the overall aesthetic of the UPLIFT Desk brand

  • Other duties as assigned

  • Compensation: $19 - $25 hourly (DOE)

  • Type: Full-time

  • Employee Status: Regular

  • Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm, 40 hours per week
