Role Overview



We are hiring a Creative Associate to identify stories, develop content ideas, and turn them into engaging written and visual content.


This role sits at the intersection of story discovery, content ideation, writing, and creative execution . You will interview individuals, uncover compelling narratives, and transform them into high-quality content for social media and digital platforms.


This is a fast-paced role for someone who can think creatively, write clearly, and spot strong stories that deserve to be told.



Key Responsibilities


  • Conduct interviews to uncover unique, emotional, or impactful stories
  • Identify strong angles, hooks, and narratives within conversations
  • Turn real-life stories into engaging content ideas, social posts, and video concepts
  • Write captions, short-form scripts, story summaries, and other written content
  • Transform raw interviews and ideas into clear, compelling written narratives
  • Craft strong hooks, headlines, and opening lines that capture attention
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh, relevant content ideas
  • Work closely with designers, editors, writers, and social media teams to bring stories to life
  • Help oversee the creation, editing, and delivery of content across multiple platforms
  • Ensure all creative output aligns with brand tone, voice, and quality standards
  • Maintain consistency in storytelling style, visual identity, and content cadence
  • Reach out through email or other communication channels for interviews, follow-ups, and coordination
  • Stay current with digital trends, platform shifts, and best practices in storytelling


What We’re Looking For



  • Strong storytelling ability and creative thinking
  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to turn simple ideas into engaging content
  • Confidence in conducting interviews and asking thoughtful questions
  • Strong understanding of hooks, narrative flow, and audience engagement
  • Ability to come up with fresh ideas and develop them quickly
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and a sharp creative instinct
  • Passion for media, storytelling, digital culture, and content creation

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply , but strong writing and storytelling ability is essential.


This Role Is Not For


  • Candidates looking for a purely design-based role
  • Candidates who are only interested in admin or coordination work
  • Candidates who struggle with writing, storytelling, or idea generation

This role is for someone who can find stories, shape narratives, and turn them into engaging content.


Test Task (Mandatory)


To be considered, candidates will be asked to complete a short test task, which may include:

  • Writing a short caption or story from a given scenario
  • Suggesting 2 content ideas based on a real-life story
  • Writing 5 interview questions for a given profile
  • Creating 1 content angle or short-form video idea

This helps us evaluate writing, storytelling, and creative thinking.
