Creative Associate

Purpose of the Job

We are looking for an “ Creative Associate ” to manage creative and production projects from concept creation to completion. The Associate Creative Manager is responsible for developing and transforming concepts into creative solutions, managing creative teams, and ensuring client objectives are achieved.

Main Accountability:

. Supporting the Creative Manager with the development of concepts, strategies

and client presentations.

. Managing and supervising multiple projects and teams.

. Meeting client objectives, values, budgets and deadlines.

. Participating in brainstorming sessions.

. Keeping up with the latest trends, strategies, and technologies.

. Pitching ideas to clients

. Writing Scripts (English and Urdu)

Job Requirements:

Bachelor degree

Role Specific Knowledge & Experience Desirable:

.Solid knowledge of marketing, brand, and design principles and development.

. TV and Digital Commercial Portfolio

. Familiarity with Video Editing software (e.g Adobe premiere)

. Experience leading and managing creative teams.

. Strong concept and strategy development skills.

. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

. Strong Creative mind.

Between 4- 5-years’ experience working in the advertising and marketing sectors.
