Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and creative Event Coordinator to plan and execute a wide range of events. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of events, from concept development to successful completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and coordinate events such as corporate meetings, conferences, weddings, and social gatherings
- Liaise with vendors, venues, and clients to ensure seamless event execution
- Manage budgets and track expenses
- Coordinate logistics including catering, décor, entertainment, and transportation
- Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown
- Handle on-site problem-solving and ensure client satisfaction
- Promote events through social media and marketing channels
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with event management software is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
