Creative Event Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and creative Event Coordinator to plan and execute a wide range of events. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of events, from concept development to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and coordinate events such as corporate meetings, conferences, weddings, and social gatherings
  • Liaise with vendors, venues, and clients to ensure seamless event execution
  • Manage budgets and track expenses
  • Coordinate logistics including catering, décor, entertainment, and transportation
  • Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown
  • Handle on-site problem-solving and ensure client satisfaction
  • Promote events through social media and marketing channels

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with event management software is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
