Creative Brand Growth Lead

Stackup Solution is a growing software company delivering modern, scalable digital solutions. We’re looking for a Creative Brand Growth Lead to fully own and scale our brand presence across social and digital platforms.

This role is for someone who can build, scale, and manage brand presence end-to-end, turning ideas, services, and insights into high-impact content that drives authority, trust, and growth.

This is a hands-on role. You will personally create and edit content — not just plan or delegate.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute the complete brand and growth strategy for Stackup Solution and its CEO
• Manage content from idea → creation → posting → optimization
• Build and scale presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, YouTube, etc.
• Lead creation and direction of all content formats:
• Short-form videos, reels, clips
• Thought leadership and educational posts
• Visual content (images, carousels, thumbnails)
• Define and maintain brand voice, tone, positioning, and visual identity
• Translate Stackup Solution’s services into clear, compelling brand narratives
• Take ownership to turn ideas, insights, and experiences into high-impact content
• Plan and manage content calendars aligned with business and growth goals
• Track performance, analyze engagement, and optimize for brand growth and reach
• Ensure brand consistency across social profiles, website, and marketing assets

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in brand building, content-led growth, or personal branding
• Strong understanding of social platforms and content distribution strategies
• Ability to think strategically and execute hands-on
• Excellent storytelling, messaging, and positioning skills
• Experience working with founders, executives, or leadership teams
• Ownership mindset — comfortable making decisions and driving outcomes

Nice to Have

• Experience in SaaS, software, or tech services
• Video-first or creator-led brand experience
• Background in agencies or fast-growing startups
