Job Summary
We are looking for a Digital & PR Manager who has hands-on experience in paid advertising, organic growth, and public relations. The ideal candidate should also have good knowledge of AI tools and know how to use them for content creation, campaign optimization, and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Work on organic growth strategies for social media, website, and brand visibility
- Develop and manage PR strategies, media outreach, and brand communications
- Create and manage content for digital platforms (social media, website, press releases)
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports and insights
- Use AI tools for content generation, analytics, audience research, and automation
- Coordinate with designers, content writers, and marketing teams
- Maintain brand image and ensure consistent messaging across all channels
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in paid and organic digital marketing
- Strong understanding of PR, branding, and communication strategies
- Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, AI content tools, analytics tools, automation tools)
- Knowledge of social media platforms, ad managers, and marketing trends
- Good analytical and reporting skills
- Strong communication and coordination skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in handling media relations and press releases
- Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and influencer collaborations
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns
