Position: Creative Brand Marketing Manager
Overseeing Ellen’s Stardust Diner, The Iridium & Select Lessing’s Hospitality Properties
Location: Great River, NY

About the Role:

Lessing’s Hospitality Group is seeking a strategic, visionary, and creatively driven Marketing Manager based on Long Island to lead brand strategy and integrated marketing programs for several of Lessing’s properties. The core focus will be Ellen’s Stardust Diner and The Iridium, two iconic venues in the heart of Times Square, with additional oversight across select Lessing’s hospitality properties.

This is not a social media coordinator role—it’s a dynamic opportunity for a strategic marketer to craft and execute high-impact campaigns, brand experiences, and partnerships that drive engagement, awareness, and revenue across both entertainment and hospitality concepts.

The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller and program leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys building cultural moments around food, music, and community, and brings strong marketing acumen across digital, experiential, and brand development channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the marketing strategy and brand development for Ellen’s Stardust Diner, The Iridium, and additional Lessing’s properties.
  • Develop and lead strategic marketing initiatives focused on increasing foot traffic, driving sales, and improving guest engagement across all assigned properties.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between ownership, venue teams, and Lessing’s corporate marketing department.
  • Build annual strategic marketing plans, campaign calendars, and brand narratives in collaboration with Lessing’s leadership.
  • Concept, pitch, and lead integrated marketing campaigns that span digital, experiential, PR, and partnership activations.
  • Develop strategic partnerships and sponsorships to elevate brand presence and align with cultural, entertainment, or community moments.
  • Manage relationships with external PR and media agencies, ensuring alignment with brand vision and performance expectations.
  • Lead and support creative programming such as themed brunches, musical events, and ticketed performances at The Iridium and Stardust Theatre.
  • Guide and oversee digital campaign strategy (email, paid media, SEO) and event marketing execution.
  • Collaborate with on-site teams to ensure content creation supports the larger brand story and campaign goals (not just day-to-day posting).
  • Maintain oversight of website content, digital presence, and ticketing promotions across all platforms.
  • Use HubSpot Marketing Hub for CRM, marketing automation, audience segmentation, and performance tracking.
  • Deliver clear monthly campaign performance reports and insights to stakeholders, with recommendations for optimizations.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of marketing experience in brand, experiential, entertainment, or hospitality marketing.
  • Based on Long Island, with ability to travel regularly to NYC (minimum once per week).
  • Proven ability to own and lead marketing strategy—from concept to execution—and deliver measurable results.
  • Strong project management, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Experience working with external vendors and agencies (creative, PR, digital, etc.).
  • Proficiency in HubSpot, content management systems (Wix, Wordpress, or Squarespace), and standard marketing tools.
  • Highly collaborative, proactive, and passionate about creating meaningful brand experiences.
  • A natural storyteller with a passion for music, entertainment, culture, and hospitality—especially NYC and Broadway-adjacent experiences.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 per year
