About Us
Akleh (authentic Syrian food) and Nazem Coffee (specialty coffee e-commerce) are on a mission to bring people closer to flavors and traditions through delightful digital experiences. We’re looking for a Creative Content Creator (Lead) to establish and own the content function across both brands. This role is central to shaping how our customers discover, engage with, and fall in love with our products online.
Role Overview
The Creative Content Creator (Lead) will be responsible for building and leading our content strategy and execution—from storytelling and social media campaigns to product launches and community engagement. You will drive brand awareness, customer connection, and sales through creative, data-informed content.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Leadership

Define and lead the content strategy for both Akleh and Nazem Coffee across all digital platforms (social, website, email, e-commerce listings, etc.).

Establish a content calendar aligned with product launches, campaigns, and seasonal activities.

Mentor junior creators or freelancers and manage the content workflow end-to-end.
Creative Development

Conceptualize and produce high-quality multimedia content: photography, videography, reels, blogs, product descriptions, campaigns.

Ensure a consistent tone of voice, storytelling style, and visual identity across both brands.

Experiment with new formats (TikTok, UGC, interactive content) to drive engagement.
Brand Storytelling & Community Engagement

Craft narratives that highlight the authenticity of Syrian food and the specialty coffee journey.

Build brand communities through engaging campaigns, partnerships, and influencer collaborations.

Monitor audience insights and feedback to refine messaging.
Performance & Optimization

Track, measure, and analyze content performance using analytics tools.

Continuously optimize creative output based on performance data and evolving audience trends.
Requirements

5–7 years of proven experience in content creation, creative direction, or digital storytelling (preferably in food, beverage, lifestyle, or e-commerce).

Strong portfolio showcasing photography, videography, copywriting, and campaign execution.

Deep understanding of digital platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, e-commerce platforms).

Ability to balance creativity with business goals—driving both engagement and conversion.

Experience leading content planning, managing freelancers, and owning a content budget.

Familiarity with SEO, paid ads creatives, and performance-driven content is a plus.

Passion for food, coffee, and cultural storytelling is highly desirable.
