Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Night Shift – 9 hours per day, including breaks)

About the Role:
Axis Protech (Jazak Builders) is seeking a skilled and passionate Creative Content Creator to join our marketing team in Johar Town, Lahore. In this full-time night shift role, you will craft engaging reels, posts, and short-form videos for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube to showcase our real estate projects, brand vision, and community engagement. Your content will play a key role in building our online presence and connecting with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, script, shoot, and edit compelling reels, posts, and videos for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube that highlight Axis Protech’s projects, services, and brand identity.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content that aligns with campaign goals, real estate trends, and audience interests.
• Stay updated on social media trends, platform algorithms, and real estate marketing strategies to maximize content reach and engagement.
• Use editing tools like Adobe Premiere, CapCut, Canva, or similar software to produce high-quality visuals and graphics.
• Monitor content performance metrics (e.g., views, engagement, shares) and provide insights to optimize future content.
• Ensure all content is visually appealing, on-brand, and adheres to platform-specific guidelines.
• Manage multiple content projects while meeting deadlines during the night shift schedule.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Specialist, or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing reels and posts on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and audience engagement tactics, preferably in real estate or related industries.
• Creative storytelling skills with an ability to produce visually captivating content tailored to real estate marketing.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently during night shifts (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM, Monday to Saturday).
• Must be based in or willing to commute to Johar Town, Lahore.
