Role Objective: To lead the creation of high-quality visual content across photography, videography, and graphic designs that strengthens brand identity, enhances engagement, and supports marketing performance.
Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Digital Media, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in photography, videography, graphic design, and content creation in Healthcare Industry.
NB: Preferably male candidate due to the nature of frequent travel between facilities, on-ground coverage requirements, and operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
· Photography & Videography: Ideate, direct, capture, edit and produce high-quality photos and videos across branches aligned with campaign guidelines
· Graphic Design & Visual Communication: Create quick-turnaround creatives for real-time marketing needs
· Content Ideation Support: Collaborate with digital marketing team on campaign concepts that drive engagement
· Brand Consistency: Build and manage a visual asset library of Photos, Videos and Templates
· On-Ground Execution: Be present in the facilities for real-time moments, in coordination with the operations team, doctors, HODs and in consent with guest privacy protocols
