Social Media Designer
Job Type: Full-Time (On-Site)
Location: College Road, Township, Lahore
Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (aligned with U.S. time zone)

About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing visually engaging content across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, stays updated with digital trends, and can translate brand concepts into compelling visuals that drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality visuals for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, and more
• Create engaging short-form video content, including reels, animations, and motion graphics
• Utilize AI-powered tools to enhance creativity and streamline design workflows
• Develop posts, stories, ad creatives, banners, thumbnails, and other visual assets
• Ensure consistency with brand identity and guidelines across all content
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to support campaign objectives
• Adapt designs for different platforms, formats, and technical requirements
• Stay up to date with evolving social media trends and design best practices
• Edit, resize, and repurpose content for various campaigns
• Provide creative support for broader marketing initiatives

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media design or graphic design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating relevant work
• Proficiency in tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, or similar
• Understanding of platform-specific formats and content requirements
• Solid knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design principles
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively
• Basic understanding of branding and marketing concepts

Preferred Skills

• Experience with motion graphics or video editing tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut)
• Familiarity with performance-driven design and social media analytics
• Previous experience in a digital marketing or creative agency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent practical experience

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design or social media design (preferred)
