Creative Content Lead

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Creative Content Lead — someone who doesn’t just write, but builds

brand voices from the ground up and ensures they stay sharp, consistent, and effective

across every touchpoint. This is not a filler content role — this is a high-responsibility creative

position meant for someone who can think strategically, write brilliantly, and collaborate across

departments.

Key Responsibilities

● Craft compelling copy for campaigns, ads, taglines, brand names, website content,

social posts, proposals, video scripts, reports, and more

● Develop and maintain unique brand voices for a wide variety of clients, from sleek

corporates to edgy Gen Z brands to social impact initiatives

● Collaborate with design, video, and digital teams to ensure content tone aligns with

visual storytelling and platform requirements

● Own tone of voice across all client deliverables and ensure creative alignment across

touchpoints

● Come up with campaign ideas, content directions, and creative hooks that stand out

in crowded media environments

● Conduct research on brands, industries, and competitors to write with insight and

accuracy

● Translate briefs and strategies into content that speaks to the right audience in the

right tone — whether that’s witty, corporate, conversational, sophisticated, or awami

● Engage with beneficiaries, customers, or other stakeholders when needed to extract

meaningful stories or testimonials for case studies and content pieces

● Use AI writing and research tools as a support system — not a crutch

● Stay plugged into social and digital media trends, engagement data, and platform

insights to tweak copy or propose new content formats

● Ensure SEO best practices and keyword integration for content that’s discoverable

● Proofread, polish, and revise all content for tone, grammar, clarity, and effectiveness

● Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining quality and originality

What We’re Looking For

● Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related

field

● 1+ years of professional experience as a content writer, copywriter, or in a similar

creative role

● A diverse and flexible writing style — must be able to write in fluent English, Urdu,

and/or Minglish depending on the brand voice

● A portfolio that shows creative chops, versatility, and original thinking

● Deep understanding of audience engagement, social trends, and digital performance

metrics

● Ability to work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams

● Strong research skills and a keen eye for cultural nuance and tone

● Comfortable working with AI tools, social media platforms, and basic performance

analytics

● Obsessed with clarity, creativity, and impact

● Fast, responsive, detail-oriented, and unafraid of a deadline

● Have experience naming brands or creating campaign platforms from scratch

● Have worked on culturally relevant, purpose-driven, or multilingual campaigns

● Know how to speak to different Pakistani audiences — from Gen Z Karachiites to

corporate stakeholders in Lahore to rural community beneficiaries

● Strong research skills and a keen eye for cultural nuance and tone

● Comfortable working with AI tools, social media platforms, and basic performance

analytics

● Obsessed with clarity, creativity, and impact

● Fast, responsive, detail-oriented, and unafraid of a deadline
