SEO & Content Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled SEO & Content Specialist with 3–5 years of experience to lead our off-page SEO initiatives and content creation efforts. This role combines strategic search engine optimization with compelling content writing to drive organic traffic, improve search rankings, and enhance brand visibility.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in off-page SEO, link building, keyword research, and content strategy, with the ability to produce engaging and SEO-friendly content across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

SEO (Off-Page Focus)

• Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies including link building, guest posting, and influencer outreach
• Conduct competitor backlink analysis and identify high-quality linking opportunities
• Perform keyword research and optimization to improve search engine rankings
• Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush
• Maintain knowledge of search engine algorithm updates and adapt strategies accordingly

Content Creation & Strategy

• Write, edit, and optimize high-quality, SEO-friendly content for blogs, websites, and landing pages
• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to create content that supports campaigns and brand voice
• Ensure all content aligns with targeted keywords, brand guidelines, and audience needs
• Research industry-related topics and create content that drives engagement and conversions
• Maintain a content calendar for regular publishing and campaign deadlines

Collaboration & Reporting

• Work closely with marketing, development, and design teams to align SEO and content strategies
• Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights
• Recommend new ideas to improve content reach, engagement, and SEO rankings

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or related field
• 3–5 years of proven experience in SEO (with a strong off-page focus) and content writing/strategy
• Solid understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and link building best practices
• Proficiency with SEO tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
• Strong copywriting and editing skills with attention to grammar, clarity, and brand voice
• Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress)
