We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented SEO Specialist with at least 1 year of experience to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of search engine optimization practices and techniques and will be responsible for improving our online visibility, driving organic traffic, and enhancing search engine rankings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Keyword Research and Strategy Development:
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-ranking opportunities.
  • Develop and implement effective keyword strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • On-Page Optimization:
  • Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and URLs for targeted keywords.
  • Perform website audits to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
  • Create and optimize landing pages for better user engagement and conversions.
  • Off-Page Optimization:
  • Develop and execute link-building strategies to increase domain authority.
  • Monitor backlinks to ensure a high-quality link profile.
  • Content Optimization:
  • Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-friendly blog posts, articles, and web pages.
  • Suggest improvements in content for better ranking and readability.
  • Technical SEO:
  • Identify and resolve technical SEO issues such as crawl errors, broken links, and site speed.
  • Optimize website architecture for better crawling and indexing.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
  • Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush/Ahrefs.
  • Prepare detailed performance reports and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Competitor Analysis:
  • Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
  • Benchmark against industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Stay Updated with SEO Trends:
  • Keep up-to-date with algorithm changes, SEO trends, and digital marketing advancements.
  • Recommend new tools, strategies, and approaches to improve SEO performance.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 1+ years of experience in SEO or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
  • Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website architecture.
  • Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

  • Familiarity with paid search campaigns (PPC) and digital advertising.
  • Knowledge of local SEO and strategies for optimizing Google My Business.
  • Basic understanding of content marketing and social media integration.
