We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented SEO Specialist with at least 1 year of experience to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of search engine optimization practices and techniques and will be responsible for improving our online visibility, driving organic traffic, and enhancing search engine rankings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Keyword Research and Strategy Development:
- Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-ranking opportunities.
- Develop and implement effective keyword strategies aligned with business objectives.
- On-Page Optimization:
- Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and URLs for targeted keywords.
- Perform website audits to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
- Create and optimize landing pages for better user engagement and conversions.
- Off-Page Optimization:
- Develop and execute link-building strategies to increase domain authority.
- Monitor backlinks to ensure a high-quality link profile.
- Content Optimization:
- Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-friendly blog posts, articles, and web pages.
- Suggest improvements in content for better ranking and readability.
- Technical SEO:
- Identify and resolve technical SEO issues such as crawl errors, broken links, and site speed.
- Optimize website architecture for better crawling and indexing.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush/Ahrefs.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Competitor Analysis:
- Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
- Benchmark against industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Stay Updated with SEO Trends:
- Keep up-to-date with algorithm changes, SEO trends, and digital marketing advancements.
- Recommend new tools, strategies, and approaches to improve SEO performance.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 1+ years of experience in SEO or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website architecture.
- Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
